Teaching to take a test oh let’s call it
FCAT fails to educate in anyway.
Florida must return to project based
Education. Many students do not wish to attend college however
they would like to become a professional trades person.
The key to Educating is simple Language
skills first. Students in a particular grade must be on grade
level in english and reading comprehension.
Teachers cannot be held responsible for
the education problem.
The real education process has been
taken away from teachers and replaced with useless rules and
other non-teaching responsibilities.
You give a teacher a class that scores
like this. fifty five to sixty five percent of the students on
the first day of school are not even close to grade level
reading comprehension. Then you expect the teacher to have all
students on grade level by the end of the school year. You are
kidding right?
South Korea is now number one in the
world in Math and language skills. South Korea has focused on
reading comprehension skills.
